Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vantage Brook Journal. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU consumer rights principles.
1. Return window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging and in the same condition as received.
2. How to initiate a return
- Contact us at info@rejuvendrpolishe.world within 14 days of receipt, quoting your name, phone number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
3. Refund method
As orders are paid by cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. We will contact you to arrange this once the return is received and approved.
4. Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or partially used, products returned after the 14-day window, or products that are not in their original condition due to mishandling.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
